Shipping Policy

At FansFlex, we aim to get your new anime gear to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. This policy explains our shipping procedures, estimated delivery times, and what you can expect throughout the process.

Order Processing and Production

Each item at FansFlex is created specifically for you upon order. This made-to-order approach helps us maintain high quality standards and provide customized options. Here’s a breakdown of the process:

• Production Time: The time it takes for your order to be made and prepared for shipment.

• Design Time (Custom Orders): If your order includes personalization, or custom design work our designers may require 2-5 business days (or longer) to prepare your design file.

• Business Days: Our business days are Monday through Friday, Pacific Standard Time, excluding major U.S. federal holidays.

Estimated Delivery Time

The total delivery time includes both production time and shipping time. Please note these times are estimates.

Production Times:

Shipping Times:

• United States: 7-10 business days

• Canada, Australia & Western Europe: 7-12 business days

• Rest of the World: 7-14 business days

Factors Affecting Delivery Time:

• Estimates Not Guarantees: Delivery time frames are estimates based on our average production and delivery speeds, and are not guarantees.

• Peak Seasons/Holidays: Increased demand and potential delays with our suppliers or carriers can cause shipping times to increase during holidays and peak seasons.

• Customs Processing: International orders are subject to customs processing, and delivery time can be affected by customs procedures. These delays are unfortunately outside of our control.

Tracking Your Order

• Tracking Number: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

• Tracking Updates: For US orders tracking information can take up to 7 business days to be visible. For international orders, tracking information can take up to 10 business days to be visible. Please reach out to us if the above time frames have passed and you are unable to see tracking information.

What if My Package is Delayed or Missing?

If your package hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please check the following:

• Local Post Office: Sometimes packages are held at local post offices. Please contact them directly with your tracking information to inquire.

• US Orders: If it’s been more than 30 days from the order date and your tracking data is visible, you can request a reshipment or refund. If your order has not yet been 30 days, please be patient.

• International Orders: If your package has not arrived after 45 days from the order date and your tracking data is visible, we will issue a replacement or refund.

Shipping Costs

You can view your shipping costs at checkout, after inputting your shipping address. Shipping fees will be added to your order total before you complete the transaction.

International Orders and Customs

For orders outside the USA: Import duties, taxes, and other fees are your responsibility, as they are not included in the price and shipping costs. Please contact your local customs office to inquire about these charges prior to ordering.

Address Responsibility

• Please double check your address Your order will ship to the exact address you provide at checkout. If there is incorrect or missing information, we will need to contact you to update your address which will delay shipment.

• FansFlex is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address, or packages that are returned to us. Returned packages will be donated once they arrive back to our warehouse.

• Re-directed packages We are not liable if your package is lost, damaged or stolen after you re-route it with a postal carrier.
